Itinerary
Begin your adventure upon arrival at the Amman International Airport. Our tour team will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. After checking in, the tour will start with a guided city exploration to help you get to know this incredible city.
Start your day with a breakfast at the hotel and begin the tour of Jordan’s biggest tourist attraction, the ancient city and remains of Petra. The city of Petra was first founded in around 312 BC, making it one of the oldest cities discovered to this day in the entire world. The city is believed to have been founded by the Nabateans, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended further up to Syria. After reaching the site, guests have the opportunity to travel on horseback to the canyon and the Siq, and from there, they resume the journey on foot to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Aside from this. Giets will also stroll across the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and Pharaoh’s Castle. The tour will end there, and guests will transfer back to the hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, begin the Wadi Rum tour by driving 20 minutes into the protected area of Wadi Rum, a widely spread desert landscape that holds a bygone beauty of its own. Several prehistoric civilizations have left petroglyphs, rock inscriptions, and ruins in Wadi Rum. Since 2011, the Wadi Rum Protected Area has been included as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site is also made famous by the film Lawrence of Arabia, which highlights the unique landscape of canyons, cliffs, sand dunes, and ancient rock glyphs of this Jordan site. Tourists can enjoy camel, horse, and dune buggy rides across the valley and lunch at one of the Bedouin tents. Transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and get ready to drive for two hours in private vans to begin the Karak tour. The city is best known for Karak Castle, one of the largest medieval castles in the Levant. Explore its labyrinth of stone-vaulted halls and corridors. The castle dominates the skyline of Karak, which once served as Moab's capital. The fortress offers a striking window into the Crusaders' military and architectural prowess. After a quick lunch, head on to explore the Kerak Archaeological Museum, Wadi Al Karak, Shrine of Prophet Nuh, and Prophet Lot's Cave. Drive back to Amman to stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel to transfer to the airport to catch the flight back home.

We had such a fantastic time in Petra. Visiting the Al Khazneh and the Ancient City was on my mind for a long time. We had comfortable transport from Amman to Petra and onwards to Wadi Rum, especially with their air-conditioned vehicles. The hotels were comforting and they gave us complimentary breakfast. Our tour guide was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed us a lot of incredible hidden gems along the tour. Highly recommend iLinkTurkey to anyone wanting to visit Petra and Wadi Rum.
