Itinerary
Begin your adventure upon arrival at Cairo airport. Our tour team will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Our first stop will be the Egyptian Museum. Then we will continue to the Khan el Khalili bazaar to browse vibrant fabrics, handicrafts, and antique displays. Our next stop will be the National Museum of Egypt located in El Fustat, the first capital of Egypt during the early Islamic era. The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is in the heart of the old Cairo city with ancient artifacts dating back to 4,500 years. Stop by for lunch nearby. Our last stop for the day will be the Salah El-Din Citadel, which dates back to 1176 when it served as the capital until 1860. Tourists can also visit the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque or Alabaster Mosque in the citadel. Transfer back to the hotel to stay overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel, prepare to drive to Giza. From there, we will set off to explore the Giza tour, the first stop on the journey being the Giza Pyramid Complex on the plateau. There, we will see the Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Chephren, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Take a short break to go on a camel ride through the sand beside the soaring pyramids at Giza and go toe-to-toe with the incredible Sphinx. Next, we will visit the Saqqara Step Pyramid. Afterward, our next stop will be a thorough exploration of the City of Memphis. Memphis city served as the first recognized capital of Ancient Egypt under the direction of its founder, King Menes. Transfer back to the hotel to check out and drive to the airport to catch the flight to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan and stay overnight.
Enjoy an early breakfast, and set off for the tour of Aswan. Our first stop will be the "High Dam", which was built between 1960 and 1970. Next will be the Unfinished Obelisk, which was built by Queen Hatshepsut to stand at the entrance of the Karnak temple alongside the Lateran Obelisk. The obelisk is 42 meters tall, weighs 1200 tons, and is still an incredible sight to see in Aswan. After a quick lunch, our next stop will be the Temple of Philae, which was constructed for the ancient deity of love and beauty, Isis. It is famous for displaying the "Myth of Osiris" on its walls which tells the story of the husband of Isis "Osiris" being killed by his evil brother "Set". Aside from the ancient carvings, the temple itself is a pleasure to see and explore. Afterward, transfer back to the hotel to stay overnight
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to the airport to catch the flight back home

It’s the second time that I went with iLinkTurkey for my Egypt trip and I have never been disappointed. I got a discounted deal with them because I chose them before on my trip. Seeing pyramids up close has always been something I’ve wanted to do. They let me know the arrangements well before and the guide was right on time to pick us up at the airport. A surprise coffee and sweets on the way to my first destination was a lovely touch. The guide was very flexible and understanding, giving me more time to be at the places I wanted to be at. Both the hotels in the journey were luxurious and gave me nothing to complain about.
