Overview
One of the world's grandest and largest mosques, the Hassan II Mosque is one of the top travel destinations in Casablanca. As one of the most mighty architectural feats in the world, the mosque can hold up to a staggering 105,000 worshippers on special days. It was built in 1986 by a French architect Michel Pinseau and other various top architects in the country, all contributing to making it an architectural wonder for the world to see for many centuries to come.
Things to Note Before Visiting
- Entry Fee: $14.45 per person (For Foreigners)
- Opening Hours: 9 AM to 3 p.m. (Monday to Thursday, Saturday to Sunday), 2 PM Onwards (Fridays)
