Built in the 1970’s after many considerations, it was founded to honor the lives lost during that toiling campaign, and now it also showcases prehistoric finds from the wider area. One of the city's and also Turkey's most famous sites, it evokes nationalism for different nationalities and showcases the amazing finds from thousands of years ago found in that region .
